Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: Our website supports various payment methods, including VISA, Mastercard, AE, Apple Pay, Payme, and FPS.

A: You can shop with confidence; our online store is secure. We use the latest security systems and encryption software to protect your personal information (such as your name, address, and bank details).

Q: What should I do if I receive the wrong  product?
A: We regret to hear that you received the wrong product. Please contact us as soon as possible at a1m33vintage@gmail.com. Include your order number, the name/product code of the item you should have received, and any additional details. We will get back to you within 5 working days to resolve the issue.

Q: Can I modify the contents of my order?
A: Once you place your order, you cannot modify any details. Our warehouse team receives the order directly and has already begun processing it.

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We only offer SF Express for shipping. Local orders over HKD 600 qualify for free shipping; otherwise, a shipping fee of HKD 30 will apply.

Q: What areas do you deliver to?
A: We only ship to the following areas: Hong Kong and Macau.

Q: How long does shipping usually take?
A: Typically, you will receive your products within 3-7 working days after placing your order.
